January 15 to April 1	Delegate Selection: Delegate completes online registration immediately after selection
February 15	Deadline: Yellow Remittance Cards and Registration Fees ($550/delegate) from Post Chairs to District Chairs
Upon Registration	Delegate and Parent Information Packet available on californiaboysandgirlsstate.org in Delegate’s account.
April 1	All delegate and alternate online registrations complete. ○ Missing this deadline will cause your delegate/alternate to not be able to attend the program. No exceptions. ○ Delegate Virtual Orientation dates posted on californiaboysandgirlsstate.org and in Delegate and Parent Information Packet..
April 15 to May 9	Mandatory: Delegate Virtual Orientation (all delegates must attend 1, no exceptions).
May 12	Deadline: Final day to purchase Pre-Session Package ($50). ○ Missing this deadline will prevent your delegate from receiving the Pre-Session Package at the program (individual items may be available for purchase at the program at a higher price). No exceptions. ○ If your Post is paying for the Delegates Pre-session Package, ensure they are informed of that at registration.
June 5	Absolute final day: to elevate an alternate to delegate. ○ Missing this deadline will prevent any alternate from attending the program and the loss of that registration fee (do a final check of all delegates prior to this date to ensure alternates can be elevated if necessary before this date). No exceptions.
June 18	Visitor Application open (do not arrive at California State University, Sacramento without having an approved Visitor Application).
June 20	All Delegates must arrive at California State University, Sacramento no earlier than 7:00 a.m. and no later than 9:00 a.m. No exceptions.
June 26	No delegate can depart California State University, Sacramento any earlier than 11:00 p.m. to be counted as completing the program. No exceptions.
June 27	All delegates must have departed by 9:00 a.m. No exceptions.

Third week of December	District Packages Shipped to District Chairpersons
Second Saturday of January	Mandatory Conference call for all District Chairpersons
February 15	Deadline: Yellow Remittance Cards and Registration Fees ($550/delegate) from Post Chairs to District Chairs.
February 20	Deadline: 20% down payment for Districts using bus transportation due to Department Headquarters (Department Headquarters, 1601 7th Street, Sanger, CA 93657). ○ Missing this deadline will prevent your District’s access to bus transportation. No exceptions.
March 1	Deadline: Yellow Remittance Cards and Registration Fees ($550/delegate) from District Chairs to Department Headquarters (Department Headquarters, 1601 7th Street, Sanger, CA 93657). ○ Missing this deadline will impact your Districts allocations, as those not paid for will be re-allocated. Any registered delegates not paid for by this date will be dropped and re-allocated. No exceptions.

April 15 to May 9	Mandatory Delegate Virtual Orientation (all delegates must attend 1, no exceptions). Parents may attend with the delegate. The only people that may login for the Virtual Orientation is the Delegate using their username and password used at registration.
May 12	Deadline Final day to purchase Pre-Session Package ($50). ○ Missing this deadline will prevent the delegate from receiving the Pre-Session Package at the program (individual items may be available for purchase at the program at a higher price). No exceptions. If your Post is paying for this they should have informed you at registration and you should not duplicate the purchase. Refunds are extremely difficult.
June 5	Absolute final day to let your Post know that you will not be able to attend so that an alternate can be elevated in your place. ○ Missing this deadline will prevent any alternate from attending the program and the loss of that Post’s registration fee. Please ensure you let your Post know before this date if you cannot attend so that they can find a replacement and not lose their investment. No exceptions.
