American Legion California Boys & Girls State Charter Bus Information

1. The Charter Bus Pickup locations and times are provided as information only.
2. Delegates/Parents may NOT choose the bus on which they travel to/from the Program.
3. Delegates are assigned to the bus(es) on which they will travel by the American Legion Boys & Girls State District Chair of the District sponsoring them.
4. For Districts whose buses have multiple stops:
   1. Pick up times are approximate.
   2. If a bus arrives early for a pick-up, it will not wait.
   3. Delegate must be at the pick-up point at the time specified by the American Legion California Boys & Girls State District Chair of the District sponsoring them.
5. If a Delegate is only traveling “one way” of the bus provided by their District, the Delegate’s parents must notify the District Chair in advance so that this is noted on the Bus Passenger Manifest.
6. All questions/issues regarding Charter Bus Transportation must be directed to the District Chair of the District sponsoring the Delegate. Program Staff cannot assist with questions regarding transportation issues.
